L.Stirling If you are preparing to birth or planning to conceive this day-long retreat is for you! A day-long journey into the creative power of birth and embodiment. This is an invitation to step into a sacred womb space, held by your facilitator Lindsey. Together, we will explore the deeper dimensions of birth preparation through the lens of presence, connection and care. We will journey into the stories held in our bodies and our collective cultural field so we may come to better understand what gets in the way of the full embodied expression of our unique creative flow. This is an experiential retreat and an opportunity to explore: ~ The wisdom of our bodies and the stories they reveal ~ Our own early life imprinting and how it shows up in our relating ~ Self and co-regulation ~ Opening the channels of our authentic expression ~ Weaving mind into body ~ Cultivation of our felt experience This is an opportunity to experience a nurturing womb space and to feel held, supported and nourished as we explore the power, vulnerability and beauty of our birthing bodies. At the young age of 19 she had a profound spiritual awakening where she recognized and experienced the non-dual nature of all life.
