Service Description

You are invited to join me for a day of connection, nourishment, and exploration. Be prepared to discover your inner Queen, be served with love, and explore a deeper connection to the elements of nature as a profound resource for labour and birth. This offering is for anyone preparing to birth, conceive or simply interested in growing a capacity to live from presence and authenticity. Lindsey will invite you on a gentle and inward journey toward the heart of your own power and capacity to open the channels of expression and receptivity. You will be invited to: ~ Explore other ways of knowing and receptivity outside of thinking mind ~ Connect with the nature and cultivate the felt experience of grounding & receptivity ~ Using nature as a resource for self-regulation ~ Explore meeting yourself and others from the heart of presence ~ Explore what it is to be seen and honoured as Queen ~ Grow your capacity for authentic relating and expression As part of this experiential offering, a meal will be prepared and served as part of the inward journey of nourishing the Queen. This work is gentle and moves at a pace that aims to honours the unique and individual alchemy of each human soul. Logistics We will meet at Lindsey's home and from there our journey will begin. Lindsey will guide you on a silent yet profound nature journey where we will connect and open to the power reflected in earth, water, rock, sky and trees. This will be slow, contemplative, and gentle ~ will include sharing of warm tea and time for quiet reflection. From here we will head back to Lindsey's where our time together will continue with nourishing foods, and facilitated sharing circle. At the young age of 19 she had a profound spiritual awakening where she recognized and experienced the non-dual nature of all life. Since then her life is given to the embodiment of this truth and weaving it into her work with women, babies and families.
